Was never on time. Charged for every little item even a reciprocating blade. Most of all I booked Dan for appointment 9 days in advance and he forgot. He tried to turn it around and tell me that I cancel one time (which he said was ok) and that it was to be a one time job. Which I paid every time he came, but most of all, how his plumber John told Dan on the phone while he was at my house this will be the last time we are her. Yes that will be the last time he is at my house. I would never recommend him to anyone, you will never know your final bill until it comes to you in the mail. Beware

"[Member Name Removed] I’m sorry you feel this way but you have the facts mistaken. We did work for you three different occasions. First time the work was a bid for $1500 work was done on 2/28/18 you paid the bill on 5/1/18 so please let’s not talk about being on time. At that time you personally were suppose to finish the job. You decide to call us back to do more work on time material basis that you didn’t want to take on. Work was done on 6/25/18 for a total of $226.34 bill was paid. Again you were suppose to complete the project. Nope called us back we had a appointment scheduled that you cancelled. no worries. We rescheduled for what was suppose to be a quick job but when my guy got there turned into something else so I told him make sure everything gets done so we don’t have to come back. Somehow you turn this into we aren’t or wouldn’t come back. Those words were never spoken. And yes time and material is getting charged for every item I’m sorry. Still not sure if we were so bad why did we get called back twice? Last bill was $440.52 so most of the $2100 was the initial bid of $1500 but price was a F"

I think they're absolutely off the wall great. They saved me $2500 and they did a great job. I had another company come in and they were going to charge me $8500. They were going to do very invasive work. They were going to do into my basement floor, go through the cement to the sewer line that went to the street. It was just tree roots from the tree in the yard that the arborist trimmed. Or they were going to start from the outside of my house and dig through the garden, through the sidewalk and go all the way to the street. I didn't really like the idea of either one of those things so I had the Feichtner's come in and they had someone do a CD. They sent up a little camera down into my sewer line. They saw where the break were and it was beyond where the sidewalk was. There was no need to dig in the basement or to dig up the sidewalk. They started from about a foot out from the sidewalk and they dug up my yard which is not very much. It looks pretty awful right now. They put in new PVC lining and they did it all for $6300, They were so professional, so careful and so gentle so that they con't disturb the gas and the water line. I would recommend them highly to anybody. I got the referral from some friends that used them also and they felt the same way. I will absolutely use them again.

It went very well. They did a very good job, professional, timely, relocate gas line from inside the house to the side of the house and re-extend it across the basement of the house.

Found Feichtner Brothers on Here and their bio said they provide FREE estimates. I used them for a minor repair and had them also estimate a larger project for me at the same time. When I received my invoice, they charged me for the estimate time (should be free) and over stated their material list on my minor repair. When I called to question them on the time charged and material quantity used, they made me feel like I DID something wrong by questioning them. They said they would call me back with a solution, but did not. I called 4 additional times to follow up and they finally credited only a small portion of the actual estimate and adjusted the parts to what was actually installed, not what they wanted to charge me for. They do not like customers who actually audit their invoice! Do not trust them! They do not follow up and do not honor their advertising. They were unprofessional while I was attempting to resolve my dispute. They are not worth the time and energy.

I just bought a house and the day we moved in, I discovered a broken pipe behind my stationery tub. I called Feichtner Bros Plumbing and the tech came the very next day. He not only fixed the pipe but also connected our washer properly. We were very pleased with the work, punctuality and cost.

When I called on a Friday they promptly answered and were able to schedule the installation for the upcoming Monday. This was fine as the water heater had only developed a small leak. The plumber showed up on time, was courteous and efficient, and kept the house clean. The reason I rated them 'C' on professionalism is because they told me they would check a plumbing problem in the master bath during the same appointment. Upon asking the plumber about this, he said that the water heater installation took longer than he expected and he had a full day of appointments. He said he didn't have time to look at anything else and left. On the positive side, the installation of the water heater involved more plumbing work than expected but they only charged me the originally quoted price.

It went very well. They were very responsive and worked around my busy schedule. The only information I did not get that I asked for was a breakout of the costs involved (i.e., how much for parts, how much for labor). However, this seems to be a plumbing industry standard. Not sure why it's such a big mystery. Also, I was told the price quoted included tax (I asked specifically), and the final cost did not. Otherwise, the work was top-notch, the price was very reasonable and the workmen even cam a few minutes early.

Quality of work was very good. I had major leaks in the line and DUKE Energy actually shut off gas to my home. It was late afternoon when I contacted Feichtner. The dispatcher led the workers to believe it would be a small job, but upon arrival, they said it was a big job that might require days. I was both surprised and pleased to discover that the workers had completed the job when I arrived home the next day. This was great, because I had no hot water. Workers cleaned up after themselves, were friendly, and were courteous. Seems a bit pricey in retrospect.
