FAST FIXES HOME SERVICES

We called them to schedule someone out to look at our stove, which hasn't been heating properly. I mentioned our home warranty was due to expire in a little over a couple of weeks. They had limited availability, and it was two weeks before we were able to schedule an appointment. That wasn't a problem we were told as they only needed to submit their estimate to HMS before the end of the contract in order to have HMS cover the cost. The day of the appointment comes, and no Fast Fixes. My wife (who is as diplomatic as they get) calls, and is told they no longer work for HMS. My wife asked when they stopped, and was told in an irritated tone "It doesn't matter, just call HMS." She asked him why they didn't call to cancel -- seems like the courteous and professional way of handling that especially given our shortened time frame -- and he repeated the same thing. Moreover, this individual was short and rude to my wife. This is a poorly run company. Stay away.
