I really like this company a lot. Brian (the son who i think has taken over for his father) is a really straight-forward guy and seems very honest. He's quick to tell you what he can handle and is very thorough. I feel like his prices are very reasonable and he's so quick to respond to calls. Wish all the contractors I use could be like him!

I used them to clean some drains that were clogging up. They were really punctual and did good work. The guys that came out were very professional.

The plumber was very focused and down to business. He spent a couple of hours trying to find the location of the clog (which ultimately was in the basement section of the drain pipe). Given the time investment in finding and removing the clog, the price was very fair.

We bought our faucets and had them install the new ones and take the old off. From the beginning it seemed like the father (of 2 men) was teaching his son how to do things. He ordered him around and he never lifted a finger but once to actually perform a botched instruction. Work seemed to take forever and had to be redone due to the water lines being hooked up backwards...(hot/cold). Could not hook up the hole plug stopper from under the sink where the water would drain. I had to insist that they finish it correctly. Father got impatient and was not in a pleasant mood. After leaving I noticed that one of the handles were very wobbly and I had to call another company to come out. I was not having these guys in my house again.

"The information posted by this person is incorrect and prefabricated.First of all the work was performed on Feburary 27 th.2008 not November 11th.,second the total amount was $200.00 not $250.00. This person furnished 2 lavatory faucets and pop up drain assemblies which Faeth & Son Plumbing Co. installed,as well as new shut off valves and water supply hoses that Faeth & Son Plumbing Co. furnished & installed. The work was done in a timely manner and there was no such thing of "Father ordering son around"as this person claims. Furthermore,the fact that this indivdual"WASHES RATS"in the bathroom sink (her words) RATS not Cats was Disturbing to say the least,the old pop up drain plug was not locked in and so we did not lock in the new one,so when this person asked why the new stopper was not locked in,it was explained to her that the old one was not locked in so she wanted the new one locked in,ok,no problem we locked in the new stopper. As for the rest of the bogus statements made by this person they are indeed just that BOGUS when she was upset about the drain plug stopper not being locked in suddenly we hooked the water lines wrong (FALSE),so called handle on faucet was loose (FALSE),&father ordered son around and never lifted a finger only to perform a botched instruction,most certainly (FALSE). Faeth & Son Plumbing Co. has been in Business for 35 years with several satisfied customers,we provide Great Plumbing service at a reasonable price,unfortunately you can't please everyone as you can tell by the FALSE STATMENTS made by this person."

He is great! He is always available when we need him, which is very nice. His prices are very good. He is very sweet. He sometimes leaves a little bit of a mess, but we will continue to use him in the future and would definitely recommend him to others.
