Had an old Pro Form treadmill that I think I purchased online from one of the home shopping networks... major pain putting it together and trying to get it moved to the room where I wanted it. It finally died so I set out to replace it. Looked at similar models at places like Sears and Dick's Sporting Goods. Then I decided to be smart about this and go to the Pros... Exercise and Leisure. I knew I was going to spend more but I figured it made sense to buy something that was better quality from a place that would offer great customer service as well. I was not disappointed. Picked out a Spirit treadmill that has a lifetime warranty on all the parts and a year on labor... anything goes wrong in the first year just call and it will be taken care of. It was delivered fully assembled and ready to go and they even hauled away my old one for me. Highly recommend you step up and spend the extra dollars to buy quality fitness equipment from a local comapany that has been in business a long time!

They did a nice job servcicing the eliptical and let me know that the treadmill would be fairly expensive to service - that I would be better off purchasing a new one. I appreciated the honesty. The technician was professional, showed up on time and completed the work within the estimated time.

The salespeople and delivery people were professional, punctual, and thorough. The experience was a pleasure and we got more than we requested. They go out of their way to understand your needs and fill them. It's no wonder that they have been in business for over 70 years!! The customer counts with this company.

Got excellent sales spiel and shared name of common friend to get good discount and excellent consideration on talking about pros and cons of units. Bought expensive elliptical unit. Only store I went and did phone searches and Ebay too.
