Woody walked me through all the steps he was taking, explaining what he was doing. He explained what the possibilities might be, and said a bad capacitor would be a fortunate issue relative to other things that could have gone bad, since it wouldn't be an expensive fix. He tested everything and determined it was, in fact, a bad capacitor. He explained what the capacitor does and how it impacts the operation of the whole system. He switched it out and was done within 45 minutes. No up-sell or attempt to sell a service plan. Woody's great!

Woody responded to my voicemail within 20 minutes, then showed up at my door 30 minutes later when I told him I needed help with my furnace. Embarrassingly enough, the problem was with a clogged filter, which he replaced and cleaned up. He then replaced a transformer on my furnace, inspected my humidifier and let me know how I could fix it myself. This man is as honest, reliable, and kind as they come. I honestly couldn't recommend him high enough. Use him for anything related to your furnace...

Wood and James were prompt 8:30 a.m. both days. Very professional, respectful of carpet and keeping house clean. Obviously, took pride in their work. Woody extremely knowledgeable about installation, care and efficiency boosting for furnace. He explained things in a knowledgeable way.

Woody is absolutely fantastic. I called him at 8:15 am with a furnace on the fritz, he responded quickly and was at my house by 11am. He gave me some practical advice about simple fixes and performed a tune up, but when the furnace continued to short cycle, he stayed past his time to clean the blower fan. I'm sure this was an inconvenience to him, but it kept me from having to reschedule for later and deal with a cold house and potentially frozen pipes over the weekend. He is punctual, professional, friendly, and doesn't up-sell you on things you don't need. Highly recommended.

It went great! He installed a new furnace, central air and hot water heater 2 yrs ago and has been servicing it ever since. Woody wasn't cheap but he doesn't over charge either. He knows what he is doing and does not try to sell you something you don't need. He's a small business man who is friendly and honest and reliable. If there is a problem, he gets back to you as soon as possible. I was very happy to find someone who knows what they're doing and that I can trust.

He was on time and went to work right away. He gave information on the price of the freon and the visit. We completed the payment of service. It was then that I realized that I had forgotten to give him my fifteen percent off of service coupon. I had downloaded the coupon from Angie's List when I got his name and number. I asked if it was too late to use the coupon and he said, "yes, it was too late." I was a little taken aback. After he left, I thought about the fifteen percent. It was quite a bit of money. I called Mr. Woodward and told him I joined Angie's list to get a good service person. I also could not understand why it was too late to use my coupon when all he had to do was credit my account. When I said Angie's list...he said he wanted a happy customer and would bring me a check. I got a call from him on Monday and he said he had mailed me a check. I did receive the check in the mail on Tuesday. I am disappointed that it took all of this to get the discount. The coupon was from his company off of Angie's list. I will not use him again.

EW Heating/Woody previously serviced my furnace as an employee of *#*#*#* and when he started his own business, I became one of his first customers for not only full HVAC service but also to replace my very old furnace. He is a knowledgeable, honest and straightforward professional, always on time and looking out for what is best for your needs. Today's visit was for my annual furnace tuneup; Woody explained all aspects of the service that he performed to keep my new furnace in top-notch condition.

Woody worked with another company, and then he went out on his own. I just love him. He only charges $75 per hour, no matter what it is. Even if it's 2:30 am on a holiday morning, he still charges $75 per hour. Woody is a heck of a lot cheaper than the other company he worked for. He is very personable, and very friendly.
