Went very well. Everything worked well after & the mechanics were very fair, transparent, and honest about what made sense to fix & what did not given that car was aging. They were very responsive, kept us in the loop, and ensure that we had the car back in a very timely manner.

I called and they said to bring the car in anytime. I took it in 2 hours later and they immediately put it in the work bay, switched out the element, checked it, and I was good to go in about 15 minutes. My car is a Jag and getting to the headlights is not simple, yet they quickly and efficiently sorted it all out. Their attitude was professional and friendly. I will definitely be using them again for more substantial work.

I owned a 1998 BMW 740IL at the time and a malfunction of the light system (headlights, running lights and rear lights).

I took the vehicle to them, they looked it over and pin-pointed the problem-a malfunctioned sub-computer component.  BMW's have many 'mini-computers' if have discovered over they years I owned it.Afterward, they called and gave me very option available to me (work-a-round solution, replacement with a new or remanufactured component.  I chose the latter due to a more favorable price.  EuroAuto did advise me first hand that the re-manufacturer may not be able to rebuild the part requiring a new one.

Several days later, they called to advise it was too far damaged to be rebuilt, so I new part would need to be ordered.

Several days later my car was ready.  They did everything they could to get me the repair I needed they way I wanted it and to do it as quickly as possible.

I spent about $800 on the service. I had trouble with all the lights on my car. When I took my car to them, they found out that it was a computer problem. The guy gave me the option to replace it or try to have it repaired. He gave me the differences between the two. So, I tried to have it repaired. He couldn?t do it and so, he replaced it with a new one. He fixed the problem. My experience with him was good. I will definitely go to him again. He gave me the impression that he really cared. It is a small, neighborhood kind of shop. Before he did the work, he called me and gave me all the options. He didn?t pressure me into anything. It takes him a few days to work on the car. So, if you are looking for a place where you can take your car and get it back immediately, this probably isn?t right place. However, they are very good at what they do. I will use this company again in the future.

Excellent. They gave very good advice about the car under consideration and helped me think through if it was the right car for me. Also, they did specialty welding and fabrication to get an aftermarket seat installed in an older car.
