In regards to our original property there was no cost because the house was not sold. However, Emily did everything possible to make that happen. She was very personable yet professional. She responded quickly to emails and phone calls and worked very closely with my husband and I when it was time to make our offer on our new home. She was a pleasure to work with and I was very pleased with her service.

She is wonderful. She is very thorough. She worked out the entire portfolio of homes for us to look at to determine the best price. She has been very quick with feedback from people who looked at the house from the other realtors, making suggestions. I talk to her two or three times a week. She keeps great contact. She is very knowledgeable. She isn't from my part of town, but she has made herself knowledgeable very quickly. I highly recommend her. Her fees are competitive.
