"Hi [Member Name Removed], We appreciate the feedback and would like to address the few minor issues you had. We have a leaf vacuum that we use to haul away leaves. We definitely could have and would have been happy to haul away the leaves for you if requested. We did not do that because your municipality does that for free so why pay us to do that. You were only charged for the leave blowing. You were not charged a haul away fee. We are always looking for ways to save our customers money. We do not perform a service just for the sake of making more money. Your job took as long as it did due to the amount of leaves you had on the yard. Your back yard is covered in trees that drop a lot of leaves. We have the strongest backpack blowers on the market and we work as a team to be as efficient as possible. As far as pricing goes, you were only charged for 3 workers instead of 4. That is a savings of roughly $140 on your job. Although the invoice listed that we cut the grass, we did not charge you for the grass cutting. 90% of our customers pay via check. There is no fee for that. We do have an option to pay online via our website with a credit card. There is a 4% fee for credit card payments. We added that feature after receiving feedback from some customers who said they would rather pay that way. Thank you for your business! ."

"Hi Cecilla, Our scheduler did call on 2/19/2020 to let you know we were running late due to a tree job taking longer than expected. You wanted to reschedule. As we understood, the appointment was rescheduled for today, 2/21/2020. Perhaps this was a misunderstanding where you thought it was rescheduled for 2/20/2020 and we thought it was rescheduled for 2/21/2020. We called today to confirm that, but someone hung up on us. If you would like, we can come out at any time that is convenient for you. Sorry for any misunderstandings and have a blessed weekend. Thanks, Emes Lawn Care"
"You sent us a request for a quote at 5:16 AM. We responded to you at 7:07 AM on the same day. That is a response within 2 hours. We think that is pretty reasonable especially at that time of the morning."
"You are leaving a review now for work that we did over 4 years ago. First you write in your review that we didn't show up and after you write we did some of the work but not what we were supposed to. it can't be both. We either didn't show up or we did show but didn't complete the job. We fully completed the job you asked for and we cut your grass on a regular basis until you stopped paying for the service. We will not continue to come and perform grass cutting service if you don't pay your invoices."
"Thank you for your business!"
