It turned out really good. Considering some of the companies I have used in the past, his prices were great.

During the worst of the cold weather this year, we had a pipe freeze and then let loose when it thawed. The pipe was in the ceiling of the family room. Bob Kiefer helped advise us on turning off the water flow and came out and fixed the problem. He also diagnosed the cause as to why the pipe froze in the first place and provided us with a temporary solution (a long term solution requires the services of an insulation company). He showed up on time and through the service was helpful and courteous. He was careful to clean up after himself. Nice job!

ELITE CAME OUT WITHIN TWO HOURS OF MY CALL, AND FIXED THE PROBLEMS IN ABOUT 40 MINUTES. HE CLEANED UP HIS MESS AND WAS EXCELLENT! WE WILL USE HIM AGAIN.
