Elite Ground Care

Sad but true. Lance has worked for us in the past, but something has changed in his work ethic. A scope of work was bid on, he was contracted to do the work in detail, but not followed thru on. I'll take the blame for not checking on his quality of plants because the species and size were quoted, but horrible the day of and subsequent in the 8 weeks after. 3 shrubs never made it all. My rubble rock retaining wall was left partially undone & I never really got the material I was sent to the supplier to choose. Gave him a nice sized job, almost $10k in work but Lance seems to be lacking in customer service area. After waiting more than 8 weeks, I finally decided to pay him what he performed & was more than generous and part ways.

It went very well. Lance was timely in giving me an estimate and came to do the work when he said he would. They worked quickly and cleaned up completely. I was very happy with the job and would use them again.

Very prompt service and best price of 3 estimates. Will use again for tree trimming.

Excellent job on my yard. However, I referred this company to my next door neighbor. Lance came to see what needed to be done and was suppose to get back with a quote and haven't to this day returned the call. I sent a text to inquire. He said he lost his phone and was having family issues and asked for my neighbor's phone number again. I thought he was going to call right away but he never did. My neighbor called and left messages prior to my text and never got a response. I feel bad because I referred this company and they fell through. I did ask if he did anything special for referrals and the answer was no. I will not ever recommend them again nor will I use them again.

Will call again tomorrow to set up appointment. 5/8/20 Met with Lance and discussed the project. He will work on pricing and contact me. Lance came to do work on May 29 @ 9 am. Finished at 11:15 am. They took care of business, cleaned up and went on their way.

Lance was awesome, he was very kind and showed up on time, did the job very fast and it looked fantastic. He cleaned all the weeds out of my flower beds and put all new mulch in. Also had him do the grass while he was there and he did an awesome job with the edging on the sidewalks and driveway. Would definitely hire again.

Lance was extremely professional from the word go! Service was reasonably priced and done in a quick and efficient manner. He removed a tree in our front yard in a few hours. He then came back the next day and had the stump gone. The best part of all is he left our yard looking better than when he got there! He did such a good job we called him back a few weeks later to remove some tree branches in the back yard. Nice work Lance!

Lance with Elite Ground Care came out to my house and gave me a bid on three large ash trees that I needed cut down and removed. I have to say I have dealt with many landscapers and tree services in the past with my large wooded lot and Lance is by far the most polite and qualified that I have come across. He gave me a very competitive bid and came out within the week to take down the trees. He showed up on time and with proper safety equipment to complete the job. Couldn’t be happier with the way it went. WILL HIRE FOR FUTURE TREE SERVICE.

Absolutely amazing Lance and his crew had cut a tree down in my front yard right up by my house. He knew what he was doing and very professional, That evening he had the entire tree down and in his trailer. All of the leaves and sticks he had raked up and left my yard looking amazing.

All went well until the end of the job when I asked why only one prong (instead of 2) had been removed from the ash. I had emailed details of the job so there would be an agreed upon contract document in which it stated 2 parts of that tree should be removed. Basically, they had to get to another job and had already done their cleanup, so he said that I had communicated that I did not want that prong removed because it would make the tree look unbalanced; per my email, I did not say any such thing. He then quoted an additional $250 to come back after he checked his schedule to remove that second prong. Was never heard from again; the only time I could get him either by email or phone was to call from an unrecognized number, which he did answer, saying that he had been out of town and would get back to me after he checked his schedule. Was never heard from again. I was forced to go through the estimate process again to get that last piece done.

The very same day I called Elete Ground Care, Lance came to our residence and gave us an estimate price on removing our 30 foot, 3 trunked, River Birch tree and stump. The next day we received a quoted price which was significantly lower than the estimate, and only days later, the crew showed up as scheduled. Care was needed to be taken not to harm neighbor's near fence, our fence, and our neighbor's four newly planted fir trees over which our River Birch Tree overhung. Lance and his crew carefully and with precision removed the tree with out harm to any of the nearby objects, and did a very good job of cleaning up the site afterwards. I am very pleased with the precision of the way the tree was removed and the care given in cleaning up the work site. They know what they were doing and did it well. I would highly recommend Elete Ground Care to any of my neighbors, relatives, and friends.

Lance did an excellent job. I have zoysia grass so it is very challenging to remove the roots in the garden beds but it looks awesome! I am very pleased. On the day he arrived, I also asked him to do some extra work which was not planned during our first conversation and he agreed. In fact, he cleaned up my mess I left after mowing. The patio was spotless of grass clippings. I will definitely hire him again. I am so glad that I found him.

Trees surrounded by my and my neighbor's gardens. They were very careful of the plantings. Took very good care of keeping limbs and damage off neighbor's property. Even my gardens at the base of the tree suffered very little damage from the necessary walking they had to do there.

Very well. Arrived when they said they would. Job took about three hours to complete, including stump removal. They cleaned up all debris in yard and hauled everything away, except stump chips.

I had a very tall pine tree suffer extensive damage resulting from an ice storm. Elite Ground Care responded quickly and was able to remove the broken sections of the tree and prevented further damage to the surrounding trees.

Needed part of a tree cut up and taken away after an ice storm caused some branches to snap at Orchard Hills. Elite Ground Care had it done in under two hours with no mess left behind. Will definitely be hiring again next time I need work done at the swim club.

They always do a great job. He is reliable, punctual and very conscientious. Very reasonable and very competitive pricing.

Tree removal and clean up went great, he is our weekly lawn care and also does a great job with that.
