TV Repair
It was a very frustrating situation dealing with the Repairman and Electra Sound in General. Every encounter was difficult. From frustration I went to anger that the repairman was so obviously incompetent and they kept sending him even after I called and complained about him. My husband had called the Extended Warranty Company and requested a new TV repair company after the second time the repairman came with the wrong part. Extended Warranty told us that there was no one else authorized in our area. Electra Sound is over an hour away, way up north of Cincinnati.
But when the TV went out completely 2 weeks later we asked for a different repair Company and they sent a repairman who is only a few minutes away from us.

TV Repair
A little expensive, but they do very good work compared to other disaster. They are an authorized Sony repair station. I should have started with that search, instead of looking a Yellow Pages ads.
