Everything went smoothly and professionally. I am very pleased with Egbert Mowing's work. Clean up was spotless and follow up appreciated. I would hire again and recommend to my friends.

Tim and his crew were excellent. The yard was cut and trimmed beautifully and always in a timely manner. They also did a great job getting up all the leaves. Price is in line with the size of our yard at $40 for a mow and trim, and for the leaf pickup $45 and hour labor plus a $45 disposal fee. Leaf.

The company mows the neighbors lawn and each week they blow all the grass clippings on my walk. I have called numerous times to ask them to clean it up. Today, I was home. The nasty associate then blew all the clippings onto my back patio and sofa/patio furniture and then laughed and called me names. I called the owner who was downright rude and nasty in response. Horrible service zero respect for the neighborhood

Went very well considering the last minute request and short duration of the jobs. Grass was cut for our small yard for 2 weeks leading to selling our house. They went out and mowed the day after calling and then again in a week. Yard looked good.

I initially contacted Egbert Mowing due to all of the Super Service Awards they received on Angie's List. I was feeling good about this company until I experienced their poor customer service. If you haven't gone back to look at ALL of their reviews please due so. Most poor "F" reviews involve their lack of communication, responsiveness and follow through. I initially sent Tim an email on the evening of Wednesday, May 27th to set up an appointment. I received an email the next morning (Thursday, May 28th) and he offered to meet with me that weekend to discuss my service needs. I promptly replied to his email on setting up a day and time. He emailed back Friday May 29th and told me he would not know his availability until his work was finished for the day on Friday. I did not hear from him the rest of Friday or the entire weekend when he suggested we meet. I then receive an email Monday June 1 around noon telling me, "I can meet with you this afternoon if your available." I emailed back him back within the hour to notify him that I had an appointment at 1pm and could meet afterward. Monday afternoon came and went and I still have not heard back from Tim. I'm very surprised that a company with such poor customer relations could receive so many Super Service Awards from Angie's List. His unresponsiveness has made it impossible for me to feel confident in ever giving him my business. If you are a consumer considering this company, be prepared to be ignored.

I have been using them for 5 years. They are very pleasant, efficient, and if I have anything else I need them to do, they have no problem doing it.

They always close the gate when they are finished. They come and get the work done and leave.

Tim team does a great job. It's pretty impressive to watch how they knock it out. Super nice team.

I have been using Egbert Mowing for a year now, and have been satisfied from the start with the work done, the price for the work done and the willingness of Tim Egbert to accommodate my needs for my yard. I am selling the home now, but would highly recommend Egbert Mowing and especially Tim Egbert to anyone who needs all types of yard work done for their home. I was very impressed with his punctuality, his knowledge of growing things and his friendliness and genuinely nice manner.

Holy cow! I wrote a review...and did I miss some things. Folks take a look at the number of "F's" this company has...almost ALL regarding lack of response. How is it he has an "A" rating? BEWARE, he has multiple listingsson Angies list!!

It would be like a gastroenterologist saying you don't need a colonoscopy,just take some metamucil!

Tim and his team do a great job on a very small yard that has grown over for years. He always goes the extra mile to make the lawn look great with edging and even spraying weed killer in the driveway before even being asked to do so. I would recommend his company to anyone.

Tim Egbert phoned me after receiving my contact request through Angie's List. He then viewed the property and provided a reasonable estimate. After accepting his bid, I paid 50% of the estimate and he began work upon receipt of that payment. He and his crew worked dilligently to complete the service and always kept the property clean of debris.

He provided an estimate, I replied with the okay and he started taking care of my yard. He mows when needed without being called. He is in the process of providing an estimate for some additional work I have requested.

They were really good and his laborers worked really hard; they are very intense.

This is the 3rd or 4th year I've had them do yard work and am always happy - I do some of my yard work myself but he is always really helpful for whatever part I cannot do, and makes really great suggestions (such as what to plant on a hill to prevent erosion, how to care for stuff, what does NOT need to be done during a particular season, etc). All the landscaping he did in the prior years still looks great and works well in the areas they are in ( as opposed to other landscaping I had done which looked good in the first year but didn't work for the area and required replacement).

I sent an email to Tim at [email protected] on May 9, 2013. I asked for an estimate on a simple yard clean-up that involved removing the leaves from the driveway, flowerbeds, window pits and ivy beds, as well as the removal of some young growth trees and possibly a mowing service. I stated the days that I would be available (All day Friday, Saturday and Sunday), and provided the following contact information: email, home phone number, and my cell phone number. I provided my home address so that they could come at their convenience, and I did not even require that I be home when they droppped by. Almost a week went by, and yet I heard nothing. On May 13, 2013, I once again sent the above request to Tim at the same email address. I received a response from Tim the following day, May 14th. Tim stated that he would drop by on Saturday or Sunday to look, and would give me an estimate for the job. He said he would give me an update later in the week, this being Tuesday, as to when he would drop by. I never heard back regarding an update, and although I hung around the house all weekend, Tim never showed up or called. I heard nothing from him at all regarding an estimate or my request. On May 20th, I again emailed him and asked if he had dropped by, and that I had heard nothing. No response at all this time, or explaination as to why. Sorry, three emails and a weekend spent hanging around is enough for me to understand how professional Egbert's is. He may do exceptional work at a fair price once he gets to you, I have no opinion on that. But his responsiveness to the emails, the promised look and estimate, and then dropping off the face of the earth, tells me all I need to know. This is unfortunate as I will have additional tree and landscaping work to do to my home after the exterior renovation, but it won't be with someone who is to inconsiderate to even reply with an explaination that they are too busy, or that they have other jobs. I would understand that far more than just being ignored.

On both occasions, the service was excellent - very punctual and professional. The yard looks lovely. We don't need to look any further for a great value and wonderful work.

After several unsatisfactory experiences with lawn service, I contacted Tim with Egbert Mowing. He was prompt in gett back to me, gave me a quote and started right away. I was never home when the service was performed, but his crew did a great job. My yard never looked better. The edging was beautiful and all debris swept or blown away. I've already contacted him regarding continuing his lawn service for 2013.

The work was done to our specifications. Work was delayed from the originally-scheduled date, but got done before our deadline (we had guests coming). All communication could be accomplished by email, which was a great convenience.

Charges a flat fee for the mowing service and a flat per hour fee for the landscaping work. His fees are very reasonable. Tim is extremely flexible and easy to work with. Thorough and cleans up well after the job is finished. I would definitely recommend his services. I found Tim on Angie's list in the first place and was very satisfied with the work done. I will definitely have him back again next year.
