EGBERT'S LANDSCAPING & LAWNCARE

Egbert's really helped us when two other companies failed to show up. Egbert's had the staff, equipment and inventory to complete a retaining wall on my property in short notice. The wall was permitted through my city/county and passed all inspections without any problems. They were on time and on budget and got the job done without any problems. I highly recommend them.

Egbert's did some work at another home on our private drive. In the process, they ran over a 18x18x10 150 lb. rock that was sitting on top of two 16x16 pavers painted to match the mulch). The rock was held in place by 4 pieces of rebar, mulched and then had decorative stones around to keep the mulch in. When Egbert's ran over this modest landscaping, they drug the rock 80 feet down the street, cracked the 2 pavers, cracked the decorative stones and spewed the mulch into the street. When confronted about the damage, the crew piled the broken pieces back into place - a start, but not good. I asked them if that was all they were going to do and they said they would repair it properly. Well, that was two weeks and repeated phone calls later, still without repair. I wouldn't do business with this company or recommend that anyone else use Egbert's. They should have handled this simple repair without question, but to be frank, I think they simply don't care since it is a small thing during prime landscaping season. If they were going to repair it, common sense would think they would do it while still working at the other home with their equipment on site. Would they care if someone damaged one of their trucks or equipment? Same thing, just turned around. DO NOT USE EGBERT's.

It was very good and I plan to use them again this year. I don't have any complaints.

We had the Egberg's mow approximately five times the end of this summer. Contact was positive and mowing experience was ok two out of the five times. The other three times there was much to much cut grass left in piles here and there and between rows. This is exactly the reason I gave Mrs. Egbert for discontinuing the previous mowers. These piles of dead grass kill the grass underneath during the hot summer months. When I mentioned it to one of the mowing persons, he said he knew the person who mowed the week before wasn't doing a good job; but, he was mowing now and it would never happen again. We never saw this person again... We are now with another landscaper.

I would definitely recommend them. They did an excellent job. They also installed a retaining wall which was excellent. They were on time, professional, and polite.

Fred and Jennifer Egbert are the owners. They were prompt and professional. The work was neat. They cleaned up after themselves which is kind of nice. They worked with us and I thought they gave us a fair price. I appreciate it. It's not a big landscaping company but I think they are very much worth. They do all kinds of things like a typical landscaper. I called them because I got a recommendation. Based on their recommendation and looking at their work, I was most pleased with what they did. They weren't the cheapest. If I ever had any other yard work or brick walls done I would like to have them. I think the price was very fair. I just think they were very honest and hardworking people. Being a small business, they were very reliable. I would give them a fair chance at a quote for a job.

Need to get the pricing in writing. They told us one price but the invoice was for a different price. Several times they came late on Friday and didn't spend much time other than to mow the lawn; no landscaping work.

This company is very good. I have a big piece of property. The first time I tried to mow my lawn myself I ran out of gas. Getting older in age, it's best to have someone to do the work for me at a good price. They gave me a estimate initially and when gas prices increased they apologized for the slight increase in my bill. They only come when necessary. They come and complete there work even when I'm not home. They are willing to make schedule changes if needed for functions. The workers even explained to me that they are willing to remove my snow in the winter months if I need them too.
