Ed showed up exactly at the time agreed upon. He is a very personable person who did an excellent job tuning a piano that was recently gifted to me and was in desperate need of tuning. He even fixed a couple of issues I was having with the keys. The piano sounds amazing now. I couldn't have been more pleased with this service.

Ed came to our house to tune our piano. He was on time which I always appreciate and started working on it right away. One of the keys was limp and he knew immediately knew what the problem was and it was n easy fix. He worked on it for about an hour and it sounds great again.  I was very pleased with his work and will recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Ed returned my call the same day and we scheduled an appointment for the following week. He arrived early for the appointment, and explained everything he was doing to the piano.  He was friendly and personable, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing their piano tuned!  I will definitely be calling him in a year to get our piano tuned again!

I purchased a gift certificate for piano tuning for my son for Christmas. He was very pleased with the prompt and excellent work Mr. Horning performed on his old upright piano.

He is great. He is responsive and does a good job. He takes pride in his work. The price was competitive but I haven't really priced his services.

The timing and speed that it was done was great. After all that was done, the piano did not even have to be tuned. The guy that came was very friendly, efficient and he did not waste time. I have no complaints, it was good.

We made an appointment within a week of my call. Despite the length of time between tunings, Ed was able to tune the piano in about two hours. He did a great job, and I will be calling him yearly from now on.

I called Ed on a Saturday and was able to make an appointment for Tuesday. He was prompt, even during a bad wind/rain storm, and did a great job on the piano.

Ed is an excellent piano tuner and fun to talk to while he is working. He has a very skilled ear for tuning.

Ed did an outstanding job. Ed had completely rebuilt the player piano for us a decade or so ago, and knew all of its workings and quirks. The player piano is especially challenging due to its age and the condition of the pegs. These artists would know instantly if these pianos were out of tune, and Ed was extra diligent to make sure everything was done correctly.
