Work is fine but service was not. We specifically requested remove and install because my husband had surgery and could not do the labor. Received a price and they came quickly to remove. This was June. Just got reinstalled today after many calls and not showing up when scheduled. Increased price after installation because they said had not priced for installation.

Great! My husband and I bought the antique frame on our honeymoon so we were nervous to part with it, and asked them to take special care. They definitely did a great job, and were careful with the frame. They even put a rush on the work because they didn't want it in their shop for longer than necessary.

We had a pretty good experience with them. Mainly, I like their price; it was pretty competitive with everyone else. The owner himself came out to do the measurements and I felt pretty comfortable with him. It looks like quality work. It took longer than they anticipated because of things outside of their control, but they came back out and finished it up once they got the parts in so I didn’t have any problems with that. I would definitely consider using them for my next glass job.

I WOULD CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN BASED ON PRICE. HOWEVER, I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THE NUMBER OF TIMES THEY DIDN'T CALL ME BACK AS PROMISED. THEY CERTAINLY NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER CALL BACK SYSTEM.
