The work was completed on-time, with 2 electricians on-site for 1 day. It would have been helpful if the guy who did the original walk-through/estimate was on-site for the actual work, but it turned out fine with just a little extra communication. They gave me a heads-up that they don't do drywall repair, so I wasn't surprised, but it would have been nice to have the option for a more full-service experience. I felt like the price was fair and they were flexible with a few day-of changes that I asked for. They even caught one thing that I didn't request (safety issue) and asked if we wanted that fixed too, which I appreciated. The only slight negative is that the owner is a little hard to reach. Overall, I think they did a good job and I would recommend and hire them again.

Great service. John came and gave a quote and work was scheduled in a timely manner. Two electricians arrived to do the work and it was done efficiently and without a mess. They were very personable and communicated very well with me. Pricing was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

All went smoothly from the initial call to John who immediately came to give an estimate. the work was performed one week later by two of his men. The outlet in the basement was in an odd place and the plate was not functioning. The electrician gave me a couple of options and I went with moving the outlet closer to the sump pump. All the cords were trimmed back and it looks nice and tidy not to mention safer. I've used John before and have and will continue to recommend his services. By the way, he is fantastic moving around cable wires - which a local cable company told me they wern't able to do.

John and his team were fantastic. John was immediately responsive in terms of providing an estimate. On the day of the work, a team of three arrived right on time, they took care to explain to me how the work would occur and they protected my floors and walls from damage or mess during the work. They were friendly and pleasant, kept me updated on progress and cleaned up after themselves wonderfully. They worked dilligently, finished much faster than I expected and the final bill came in under the amount estimated. I was very satisfied with their performance and would use them again.

We had John do some electrical work when we sold our 1920s house last year. He was efficient and gave us a good price to do the necessary repairs to get the house sold. I wouldn't hesitate to use John again.
