THE START OF THE JOB WENT WELL AND GREAT PROGRESS WAS MADE, BUT AFTER THE FIRST $9,000 CHECK WAS ISSUED, THINGS STARTED TO GO DOWN HILL. MEDICINE CABINET WAS INSTALLED UPSIDE DOWN, A LEAK WAS FOUND IN DISHWASHER HOOK-UP, DIFFERENT COLORED FOAM WEATHER STRIPPING INSTALLED ON FRONT DOOR IN COMBINATION WITH DIFFERENT COLOR/TYPE STRIPPING. FRONT DOOR NOW HAS BRASS WEATHER STRIPPING, BROWN FOAM, GRAY FOAM, AND BROWN VINYL. DRYWALL IS TERRIBLE, ITEMS ON LIST NOT COMPLETED, ETC. COMMUNICATION WAS TERRIBLE. CAN'T ARRIVE ON TIME OR EVEN THE SAME DAY, FAILED TO PAY ELECTRICIAN $250.00 OUT OF PAYMENTS MADE, FAILED TO PAY $1,600.00 TO GLASSBLOCK INSTALLERS, LEFT US IN A POSITION THAT PERMITS THIRD PARTY WORKERS/COMPANIES TO PUT A LIEN ON THE HOUSE.
