great except shower pan did not have proper height berm to keep water in shower; salesperson should have known that with the narrow shower stall resulting from a tub replacement the room side of the shower pan has to have a high (4"-6") edge

THEY NEVER CAME BACK TO PUT UP FAUCET. THEY DID DO A GOOD JOB. THEY COMPLETELY REPLACED THE CHIMNEY-IF THEY CAME BACK AND FINISHED PUTTING UP THE FAUCET I WOULD GIVE THEM AN "A". I WAS PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY DID AND I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN BUT THEY WOULD HAVE TO FINISH THE FIRST JOB AND THEN, NAIL DOWN THE FINAL COST OF THE JOB A LITTLE CLOSER TO THE ESTIMATE.
