They evaluated the situation and managed to get the old air conditioner working long enough to get a new one ordered. Because of the low ceiling and height of the furnace, they had to have a custom coil made, which they took care of. The installation was difficult, but completed in one day.

DUNCAN HEATING AND A/C WAS ABLE TO FIT US INTO THEIR SCHEDULE THAT SAME WEEK. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND SHOWED US THINGS TO DO TO KEEP THE FAMILY SAFE FROM ACCIDENTS WITH THE HEATER AND A/C. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB.

I FELT LIKE THEY WERE KIND OF PUSHY WHEN I WAS CONSIDERING THEIR RECOMMENDATION TO REPLACE THE FURNACE. I AGREED TO GO WITH A NEW 82% EFFICIENCY LENNOX FURNACE.
