We have used Kevin Duffy Realtor twice in the last 2 years. He is probably the most educated and professional realtor in the Cincinnati market. Kevin made our housing transition effortless throughout the entire process of listing to closing. Kevin’s insight to current housing market fluctuations could save you thousands of dollars on your next realty sale or acquisition. Highly recommend.

Our realtor recommended listing the house much higher than the house ended up selling for more than 3 months later. He would say he was going to call at a certain time but didn't call and offered no explanation or apology for his negligence which gave us the impression that we were not a priority for him. He often used salesman-type cliches which only frustrated us further. He did agree to come down on his price so we could finally get our house sold but also reduced his earnings for the buyer as well which made us question who he really was working for. He did have a truck he loans to people which we used to pick up mulch for the landscaping.

Kevin did a great job. We always trust his advice. He went above and beyond this time. This is the third time we have used him to sell property. We wouldn't use anyone else in the Cincinnati area.

Kevin and his team were very helpful through out the entire process of selling our old house. They were reliable and prompt with all of our many questions. Kevin made great suggestions on how to clean, stage and market the house.

Very well. Kevin did a great job marketing my previous home, resulting in multiple offers above asking price, He then went way above and beyond when I had an issue with the furnace of my new home. I determined my new home had a cracked heat exchanger and I submitted a claim under my home warranty. They sent a technician to my home and ultimately said everything was fine and would not provide coverage. On his own, without being asked, Kevin contacted the home warranty company and got them to send out another technician free of charge and tomorrow a brand new heat exchanger is being installed in my home at no charge to me. Kevin not only did a great job selling my home and assisting me in purchasing a new home, but he then continued to work with me after the sale even thought he had already fulfilled his duties and had been paid. It is rare today that you get excellent service during a sale and hardly ever do yo get great service after the sale. This is not the case with Kevin.....he does whatever it takes to provide excellent customer service and his service doesn't end after the sale.

I have used Kevin Duffy in the last few years to sell my parents home, my wife's parents home, my home and also used him to purchase a new home.  Kevin did a great job marketing all homes, ultimately allowing me to received more than I anticipated for my home.  In addition, he goes above and beyond what a typical realtor does.  He offered to be at our house when we had vendors coming to do something if we were not available.  He has a contact for anything you may need from carpeting to landscaping to painting, etc. and the people he works with do a great job and are very affordable.  Finally, he is always very responsive and either answers your calls immediately or calls you back as soon as he is available.

I would highly recommend Kevin if you are buying or selling a house.

Working with Kevin was great! My family has used him to sell two homes and we've been very happy with his services. He most recently helped to sell my grandmother's home after she went into assisted living. Kevin took care of everything. He arranged to have the home cleaned before any buyers went through and was in constant communication throughout the transaction. He even took the closing paperwork to her to get signatures so that we didn't have to arrange for her to attend the closing. Best of all, he sold the home for over asking price within 24 hours of it going on the market! My family and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kevin to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home!

We listed our home in May and we were able to close quickly in August. Kevin assisted us with all the necessary tasks to sell and show our home. He was also able to help us find our new home as well as local contractors that we could trust. Kevin's use of email, text messages and online info made the process much simpler and faster which was to our advantage. I would definitely use his office again if need arose.

I feel like we really got to know Kevin quite well since he was our buyer's and seller's agent. We've bought and sold several houses before out of the state, but the process was so different this time due to changes to the market and lending regulations. Given how much the real estate market has changed over the last few years, I feel so fortunate to have had Kevin. One thing that really stands out about Kevin is his experience. He knows the market well and he anticipates the ends and outs of the real estate transaction. I feel like we really got to see him in action. The sell of our house went off very easily but the purchase of our new house was a complicated deal (an estate sale with very difficult sellers). It was fun seeing him in action and it felt great to 100% feel like he got the best deal for us possible. I also feel like if we hadn't had Kevin as our agent, there is a good chance we wouldn't have gotten through close on the home of our dreams.
Some things I enjoyed about Kevin:
Kevin is a very successful real estate agent. You have the impression he's quite popular and well-regarded. *However*, unlike some other agents I've worked with in the past, Kevin makes you feel like you are his only client or at least the most important one. I can be quite demanding and like a very quick response back when I call my agent. Kevin is amazing at responding back quickly. Most of the time I had my answer back in just minutes. Love that.
These days, buying and selling is not for the faint of heart. Kevin is very good at handling difficult situations and helping you through them successfully. He also is extremely well-connected and can get things done and very quickly at that. If i had a problem with something (from big things like loan officer jerking me around to small things like someone to get off calcium deposits on toilets, etc.), I could call Kevin and with his connections, the problem would quickly be resolved. Also, when he said something was going to happen it always did- I loved how much I could trust him. The sell of our house was a fairly easy process because we had Kevin as our agent- i could actually relax because we were in good hands. We definitely now consider Kevin a lifelong friend- he's just a good guy and very talented at what he does.
