I took my car there a month ago and there were no charges for the work provided as their .I have another car there now which has a lot of work, but I think the cost is reasonable. There are three or four different things wrong on the ordered car that I am getting refurbished. There is always regular tire rotations, oil changes and brakes work done by them in the past. I inherited a car from my aunt and she used to take it there, so I started to go there. I have been going to them since six months. The thing that stood out for me is true honesty and extremely friendly. They are totally upfront and they are very knowledgeable as well as great customer service. They are also prompt in the work.

They're absolutely great. They're always very fair. They're very thorough. If there's ever a mistake, they stand by. They stand by what they say. I didn't have another car I can use and they worked on my car all day and they loaned me one of their cars as part of the service. It's a family-run business and they know all of their customers. They educate me on what's wrong with my car and what to look out for. They're just really good. Their price is very reasonable.

This was my second time using the company, and everything turned out well.  The staff was straight-forward and priority-oriented about what was necessary, and the pricing was competitive.  It did take them a bit longer than expected to finish the work, however, since they're an independent shop and didn't have all of the necessary parts on hand.

Process went great. Professional from start to finish.

They are excellent. All of their mechanics go to school and they stay up to date.

HAVE USED FOR THE LAST 8 OR 9 YEARS. I FEEL THEY ARE VERY HONEST, AND I HAVE GREAT CONFIDENCE IN THEM, THEY'VE BEEN UP-FRONT ABOUT WORK THAT WASN'T NEEDED IN THE PAST, AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.
