+ -1 moreDARRELL WAS ON TIME, AND HE WAS ABLE TO FIX BOTH PROBLEMS QUICKLY. VERY POLITE, REALLY NICE GUY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Description of Work: MY FURNACE WAS NOT WORKING. DARRELL DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, IT WAS A FAULTY BACKUP WIRE. IT WAS TURNING THE PILOT LIGHT OFF. HE REMOVED THE WIRE AND THE FURNACE HAS WORKED JUST FINE EVER SINCE. HE ALSO ADDED A WIRE TO MY THERMOSTAT, WHICH ENABLES ME TO USE MY A/C. FOR SOME REASON, THIS WIRE WAS NOT INCLUDED WHEN I PURCHASED THE THERMOSTAT.
