Dan is a great find. I am using him again- for general work as well as some carpentry. He is very knowledgeable, willing to share expertise, and personable. Dan spent several hours giving us feedback on a very extensive remodel we are doing without charge on our initial meeting. He has been my right hand on this project.

RESPONDED TO PHONE VERY QUICKLY (LESS THAN AN HOUR ), CAME OUT AND GAVE ESTIMATE OF TIME AND COST TO REPAIR, SET APPOINTMENT FOR REPAIR, SHOWED UP ON TIME, PERFORMED WORK AS DESCRIBED, AT ESTIMATED COST AND GAVE **EXCELLENT** DOCUMENTATION OF THE REPAIR. I DID HAVE TO CALL TO REMIND HIM TO SEND A RECEIPT, BUT HIS RESPONSE WAS IMMEDIATE. FOUR THUMBS UP (MINE AND MY WIFE'S).
