Dew It All Electric

Received bids from three local companies (all ranked "A" on Angie's List) for the job. Dew-It-All was willing to match the lowest competitor's bid. When I requested to have a Cutler Hammer brand panel put in instead of a GE (Cutler Hammer having a better warranty and being, IMHO, a superior product), they were willing to make the substitution without charging extra. They came when they said they would and my contact (Ken) introduced me to the electrician (John) who would be performing the work. John was very courteous and friendly and on time all three days. I gave them a "B" for punctuality only because although they estimated the work would take a day and a half, it actually took two full days and a little bit of a third day. They took care of getting the required permits and getting it inspected very quickly once the work was complete. A week after they left, I noticed that the panel door wasn't shutting correctly, and I called them. They sent someone out the very next day to replace the panel: no extra charge and with many apologies about the inconvenience (which was not their fault: the panel door latch was defective). I would definitely use Dew-It-All again and highly recommend them. A+!

I've called them 2 or 3 times. Previously they replaced a fuse box for me and did the wiring for an electric dryer. They didn't have to do as much as another company told me that I needed. Their prices have been reasonable. They seem to know what they are doing. I've always felt comfortable with them doing work. I like to be here when work is done because things occasionally come up.

We had a problem in the house, with no electricity for a week. We called them and had the electricity restored. The electric wire near our house came down due to a tree. We had to put the line back on the house. Even though the neighborhood had electricity, we couldn't turn ours on. He knew what he was doing, and did a good job. We had a few people come in earlier, who didn't know what to do to restore it. The electrician had to coordinate things, indoor and outdoor, to have the work done. It turned out well.
