DID GREAT JOB TO SELL DESIGN WORK. BROUGHT HIS WIFE DURING FIRST MEETING TO SELL THE WORK. FIRST DRAFTS WERE POOR WITH BIG MEASUREMENT ERRORS (4.5 FEET ERROR FOR A 12 FEET BEDROOM WIDTH). CALLED EVERY DAY TO SHOW FINAL DRAWINGS AND GET PAID. FOUND ERRORS AFTER ACCEPTING AND PAYING FOR DRAWINGS (STUPID ME) THAT PREVENTS IT FROM THE PERMIT BEING GRANTED. PROMISED TO BRING 5 COPIES OF CORRECTED DRAWINGS FOR SUBMISSION 2 DAYS LATER. AFTER 2 WEEKS STILL NOT RECEIVED. STUCK WITH 1 SET OF UNUSABLE DRAWINGS.
