We place tremendous value on our relationship with this business.  Woody, Steve and the entire team are a pleasure to deal with and provide a level of responsiveness and customer service that is exceedingly rare.  They know what our landscape need are, and always ask for our feedback after every visit.  They provide contracts each winter that are very detailed for the coming season, and do exactly what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it.  I always get an email to let me know when they are coming and if the weather is poor, another email telling me when we are rescheduled.  I never have to call them to find out when they are coming.  When the crew leaves, our yard looks immaculate and they do an amazing job of cleaning up after themselves.  They even use the leaf blower on my second story deck and there are no plants up there.  The crew are always so pleasant, professional and very hard working.  No one is ever standing around watching the others work.  If there is any evidence of plant disease this is always brought to my attention and a remedy offered.  They stand by their plant guarantee.  
I will say that they are not the lowest cost provider, but many years ago we tried lower cost providers and learned a lesson.  I think McKeown is a very good value for the money and peace of mind.  I recommended them to a friend who installed a pool and needed new landscaping and they were grateful for the referral and thrilled with the result.  This is a company I can truly recommend with confidence.

The landscaping turned out better than I even expected.  On the site the made some adjustments to the proposal to set the stones so that they would stay put, and act as a step down to the grass.  A year later than space still looks great.  They even came out to check on one small shrub when I called and asked about its growth and were very responsive in answering my questions.

The plants themselves are healthy.  Selection is often somewhat limited in terms of the numbers of a given type of plan or flower, but they have a fairly wide range of options that go beyond the big box stores.  The staff is well-trained and well-informed--it is just hard getting someone to ask questions to some days.

They stand by their guarantee.  They provide consultative services.  Ten years ago on Mother's Day  they gave away little pink rose bushes with purchase.  Even today this beautiful rose bush provides wonderful summer roses.  We trust them and their products.

Provider arrived when scheduled and removed the tree and replaced it with pre-selected tree. All went well.

I've had a good experience with them. I bought most of my plants from them to implement the design; it was convenient and the prices were reasonable. They've been responsive to my questions - they get back to me within 24 hours when I call with a question.

We worked with Greg Routt to landscape design my wife's backyard to make it look like a creek. He's a good guy - not cheap but does decent work. It took him a couple of days to do the job. I had some plants die and he even came back after the winter and took care of them. He also gave my wife a credit since the new plants were cheaper than the old ones. He did a wonderful job and gave us good customer service.

The landscape architect was very informative and helpful in meeting our needs. Both workmen were very efficient and worked for about twelve hours over a two day period. They cleaned up the area and gave us instructions on plant care. Although they were a little expensive, it was worth the cost. Four years after the plants were installed, all are thriving very well.

We walked around my property and I learned more about what I had and he made some general recommendations. It was useful as I just bought the house and I did learn some things about my yard. At the end I was given a gift card to use toward purchases at the nursery. I eneded buying my mulch there and some other things, their delivery charge was very reasonable. Once I finish some other projects I'll decide on a budget and then I can ask him to come back and design a plan for me. I think he said that costs $200 but you can use a portion of the fee toward work that they perform. I like that they give advice for DIY projects and for projects where they provide services.

Although I have not used this company in the past because of their higher prices, when I stopped by for comparison shopping, I was impressed. On both visits, two different, very knowledgable landscape workers spent much time with me listening to my needs and showing me options, and honestly, that was one of the main reasons I purchased a tree there. Also, I was impressed with the variety and size of available trees. The courtesies continued as I received at least three calls and a visit after my purchase to clarify possible additional costs, to examine the planting site, and to set up time for installation. Three workers arrived very early in the morning, laboring quietly and efficiently, giving me instructions for tree's future care, and making suggestions for an additional tree purchase for the future. Tree looks great and they went way beyond my expectations blowing off all of the leaves on my deck and driveway (which had nothing to do with the planting of the tree) but was a very nice touch and greatly appreciated.

We went to the Bloomin Garden Center last spring. I had a handful of weeds from our lawn that had been slowly taking over the grass. The gentleman who helped us (whose name I forget) was able to identify the weeds right away and directed us to the specific items that would get rid of them. We also asked about the fertilome lawn care system and he walked us through the process, step-by-step. He even marked our fertilizer spreader with the proper setting and the 3 bags of fertilizer with the proper months to apply them. He was very helpful, and I would not hesitate to go back there again.

Woody helped us and we've used him in the past. He does a great job at arranging and grouping the plants where they bloom in the spring, summer and fall so we always have color in the yard. We don't have to be here. We approved the proposal and they came out and did it and then came back and checked with us. It was an excellent job. It was a fair price.

Everyone there is knowledgeable and if you have a question they don't have an answer for, they will find someone who does know it. My one plant had a disease, so I brought the leaf in and they told me what it was and how to take care of it. When we had a problem with one, we took it back and they replaced it.

It's very expensive, but that is everything. They do all my yard work, gardening, and landscaping.

THE DESIGNER FROM DENNY MCKEOWN'S ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME. HE HAD EXCELLENT IDEAS AND ASKED FOR MY INPUT, EVEN ASKING ME TO COME TO THE STORE TO SEE THE PLANTS TO BE USED AND GET MY APPROVAL AND SUGGESTIONS. THE MEN ARRIVED ON THE DAY EXPECTED AND WERE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.
