Young man applied ant repellent/killer inside house in kitchen, bathrooms. He also sprayed a perimeter outside the entire house. He knew how to apply the chemicals since they never came back all summer.

It took two trips and a little time but the ants vanished from our house. They were coming in from the outside.

This is the third time a representative from Delhi Pest worked with us, and every time we have been impressed with their knowledge, honesty, humor, and calm manner.  On this recent inspection, it had just finished storming when Bob (the owner) arrived.  He came to the front door, but asked if I could open the garage door for him so he wouldn't have to track any mud into the house after he checked the outside of our home.  After he'd checked the outside and came into the garage to change his shoes, our small dog started barking.  When Bob came into the basement, he called up the steps to ask if our "canine protector" could have a "T-R-E-A-T."  After Bob gave our dog a treat, the dog was (of course) quiet and happy.  Bob said they always carry treats to keep their canine friends happy.  As Bob checked the basement, we chatted; he said he's been in the business 31 years, and he talked about his family a little bit.  He shared some funny stories about pest problems over the years, and shared some information about how termites live and how he can tell that we are termite-free.
We were so disgusted and terrified when we found termites in our house a year ago.  Thanks to Delhi Pest, we are termite-free at a reasonable cost, and the way that Bob and his employees took care of the problems calmed us down a lot and even made us laugh.  I'm delighted that Bob and his employees are in my neighborhood, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

We didn't catch the mouse, but not in any of the traps. I have used him a couple times. We've also used him for squirrels. He is our neighbor that lives up the street, and I like him. We also used them to get rid of bats several years ago.

I live very close to the woods on two sides of my home. Nearly everything imaginable has tried to make its home in mine. Delhi Pest Control helped me understand how pests operate, how to rid them when possible, and how to live with them (minimally) where necessary. I had a whole list of questions and the vendor spent an entire hour advising me on each one. The vendor returned a few days later when the weather was appropriate and performed services without requiring me to be home. I can't say enough about how happy I was with their service.

When I called Delhi, the receptionist gave me a price and told me the things I needed to do to prepare for the exterminator. We set an appointment for a few days later. I followed the instructions, including removing items from the floor, drawers, etc, closely. Jim arrived at my home a few minutes late, but he called prior to coming and I actually needed the extra time to finish preparing. Jim was very personable and was very willing to answer all my questions. I followed him through the house as he treated and he gave me lots of information about the treatment and future expectations. He was very thorough and moved items around as necessary. Initially I was told that I would probably need five or six treatments. After assessing my home, Jim recommended two follow-ups and monitoring thereafter. I will call tomorrow the schedule the appointments. I offered Jim a tip, but he declined. I appreciated Jim's honesty and professionalism. Since I just had the treatment today, I cannot say how effective it will be. Based on the other reviews and Jim's work, I am almost certain I will be satisfied with the result.

Our neighbors removed a tree and then hauled a huge amount of dirt in to great a dirt wall between our properties. We began noticing all kinds of bugs after that. One call to Delhi Pest Control took care of our problem.

We live in the Mt. Lookout area of Cincinnati and the house we live in was empty for over a year. It had evidence of a mouse infestation that was taken care of a couple of years ago. This winter we noticed new evidence and called Delhi. Barry came out and found ample of evidence of mice wintering in the basement and getting into the kitchen to steal cat food. He baited the toe kicks in the kitchen and the basement and warned us to not let our cats down there. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. While it has only been a week, and it usually takes 2-3 for baiting to kill the mice, he assures me he likely will not have to come back. He also spotted the entry point for the mice under the basement door which we will have to fix to prevent further mice incursions in the house. All in all a positive and inexpensive experience.

They were excellent. They were very prompt, came out right away, came out within a week and treated the house. I would highly recommend them.
