I spent two full days with Jens looking at properties. He was nice enough to clear his schedule to accomodate the small window I had available to view properties while in town. Dede and Jens built a customized report months prior to my visit showing existing and auto-updating new properties in our price range in the exact locations/school districts we were interested in. I was then able to view them with my wife online, compile a list, and hit the ground running when I arrived in Cincy.

Jens picked me up and had all of the properties mapped out, a folder with all of the available data on each, and even had coffee to jump start the day.

Jens really took the time during each property visit (we must have looked at 20 homes!) to go through the home, answer any questions, and point out the pros/cons of each.

Once we found and quot;the oneand quot;, Dede and Jens managed the negotiation, loan, and all other aspects of the purchasing process. The resources this team has available to them via Sibcy Cline were amazing - truly a one stop shop.

We have since moved into the home and are extremely happy with our choice!

It was a wonderful experience. I am abit of a nervous person and he always calmed me down. He never got irritated with the many emails , texts and phone calls. It was such a pleasure to work with him. If we ever sell the house we are buying I will certainly use Jens again. You would be very lucky to have an agent like Jens on your side. He always has your back and won't let you down.
