Sales person was very accommodating, even searching through back stacks to find the right shape. Price was very reasonable. Although this seems a small purchase, it was important to my renovation of an older house - and to my budget!

We shopped during their tent sale and found some good bargains. We bought a Tiffany dining room light from the display. It was priced wrong and we got it at a much discounted price. They honored the tag. When I had the electricians put the light up it was missing a piece. I took the light back out to them. They put it together and delivered it to our home for no charge. Elle is the manager. She helped us with the delivery charge being waived and some paperwork issues. They were really fair when we had some minor issues. The pricing was also good.

The sales person directed us to the outdoor ceiling fans and told us about low level lighting. We purchased an in stock ceiling fan. They did not have the low level lighting in stock, and she told us it would take 8 weeks for what we needed to come in. (By this time, our contractor would be finished with our deck and long gone.) We could not figure out why it would take 8 weeks for the store to get the low level lighting. We ordered the same items from the Internet which were delivered in eight days.

OUR FOYER CEILING LIGHT FIXTURE HAD A SHORT AND WOULD NOT WORK. THEY REPAIRED THE WIRING QUICKLY AND SAVED US FROM HAVING TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE FIXTURE (WHICH THEY COULD HAVE SOLD TO US). WHAT A LIFE-SAVER!
