 + -1 moreIt wasn't what I expected. I thought they would have a recycling program, or could clear the hard drive for me if I wanted to recycle the computer somewhere else. I also thought they built custom laptops there.
Description of Work: I asked about recycling my computer there and they said they don't recycle them but would sit it out on the curb for someone who might want it. They would destroy the hard drive for you, and would back up the hard drive if the computer still worked. I also asked if they built laptops there, and they said they could order something for me.

 + -1 moreA good shop, they do a lot of things. They will build a computer for you from scratch to your specifications. They can troubleshoot just about everything and they carry a lot of replacement parts. If I needed to get a computer fixed this is the first place I'd think of going
Description of Work: They have repaired everything from desktop to laptops and repaired a monitor for me.

 + -1 moreIn a way I wasn't really ready to get a new one but the old computer was not worth repairing. I was told about this company from a friend. They asked me questions about lifestyle and my uses for a computer so that I would get the one I needed.
Description of Work: We bought a new computer from them. They assisted me with finding the computer that would work best for me.

 + -1 moreINSTEAD OF CHECKING THE COMPUTER OUT, THEY MERELY REPLACED THE HARD DRIVE. THE HARD DRIVE WAS FINE. IT WAS A $2 FAN THAT WAS NOISY. THE SALESMAN MADE ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES AND PROVIDED LOUSY SERVICE BY NOT OWNING UP TO THE SHOP'S POOR DIAGNOSTIC ABILITY.
Description of Work: MY COMPUTER BEGAN MAKING GROWLING NOISES SO I BROUGHT IT TO DEBCO AND SAID, 'I THINK THE HARD DRIVE IS GOING BAD.' THEY DIAGNOSED NO PROBLEM AND MERELY REPLACED THE HARD DRIVE. WHEN I TOOK IT HOME, THE COMPUTER GROWL WAS WORSE.
