DAVE BELEW CUSTOM PAINTING & WALLPAPERING

I called the owner, Dave and set up a time for him to bid the project. We agreed upon 9 am. At 9 am he didn't show. I called twice at 9:30 and 9:45. Finally, at 10:00 I got him on the phone and he said, ''Yeah, oh...I had to stop someplace.'' Then, he told me he would be at my home at 10:30. By 11, he still hadn't arrived. I called again at 11:45 to tell him we didn't want him to come. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME as I had to stay home from work today.

Worse painter I ever hired.

I had five quotes; he was the lowest. Next quote was $1000 more; highest was $12k. Dave presents well, but the work is definitely second rate. I constantly had to review the work and point out problems. Dave was good at fixing them, but I was disappointed that I was the one having to find the errors. Dave just doesn't supervise his people. Now was it worth it? Because the price was low, it worked out well for us... only because I could review the work, and that Dave worked hard to satisfy us.

VERY HAPPY WITH DAVE. I WAS TRYING TO DO ALL OF MY OWN PAINTING AFTER A HOUSE PROJECT. I GOT IN A JAM AN NEEDED HELP IMMEDIATELY. DAVE OPENED UP ROOM IN HIS SCHEDULE AND HELPED ME OUT OF A JAM. I CAN'T THANK HIM ENOUGH.

THEY DID NOT CALL BACK UNTIL AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE BY ANOTHER COMPANY, WEEKS LATER.

HE HAS A VERY PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AND OUT OF THREE ESTIMATES HE CAME IN THE LOWEST. HES ONE OF THE BEST CRAFTSMAN WE HAVE HIRED.

DID EXCELLENT JOB. I BOUGHT MY OWN PAINT. THEIR JOB WAS VERY NEAT. THEY EVEN CLEANED UP THE CHANDELIER WHILE HE WAS UP THERE. IT TOOK ONE DAY.
