WE RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING PROCESS. THEY PROVIDED AN INTERIOR DECORATOR AND DESIGN COORDINATOR TO OUR HOME TO HELP WITH THE ENDLESS SELECTIONS. AFTER WE MOVED IN, THEY WERE A LITTLE SLOW ON MANY ITEMS, AND 8 MONTHS LATER THERE ARE STILL ITEMS INCOMPLETE. THAT SAID, THE QUALITY IS MUCH HIGHER THAN THE BIG BUILDERS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS EXCELLENT. FOR EXAMPLE, ONE WEEK BEFORE OUR CLOSING JIM DANIELS TOURED THE HOME AND INSISTED THAT SOME ITEMS BE REDONE BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T TO HIS SATISFACTION. HE SELECTS QUALITY MATERIALS AND INSISTS ON QUALITY WORK.

I WOULDN'T BUILD WITH THEM AGAIN. WE'VE HAD PROBLEMS WITH OUR HOUSE AND THEY DIDN'T DO A VERY GOOD JOB WITH CORRECTING THE MISTAKES. HE SEEMS TO TAKE ON TOO MANY JOBS AND IF YOU ARE NOT A HIGH END JOB THEN YOU WILL BE LOW PRIORITY.
