It has been a nightmare; all of the work was either not done or done so badly we have to redo it. Within 3 years, we've had to replace a rotting basement door (to the outside), replace all electrical outlets, re-do plumbing from kitchen to basement and basement to upstairs bathroom, and repair rotting soffits around the roof. We now have to replace drywall peeling off inside the house, replace the rotting wood floor in the basement, and repaint the outside. They built a nice deck out back and jacked up the house price because of it, but we discovered that the deck isn't even on our property. I don't know how they are still in business. Sean Darks told us to call him if we have any problems with the house but he never returned our calls.
