DAN WILLIAMS CONCRETE CO

Dan showed up on time for estimate. I received the quote the same day over the phone. I was waiting for other quotes to be submitted. Three weeks later I decided to use Dan Williams. I called to get written quote. It was mailed to me. I had to paid 50% before the job, I mailed that. The job was done the next week. Dan and the crew showed up on time and worked in a busy business area to complete work. The next day I mailed the check. I called to ask if the concrete needed to be sealed and was told it was already done.

The provider did not call back, until after 48 hours and said they would call back and make an appointment. No call back, but Dan Williams just showed up one day. No written estimate, just a phone call. Other estimates for same work were presented in written form and were much lower in price.

I CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I FELT THEY WOULD PROVIDE THE BEST QUALITY WORK FOR THE PRICE. THE WORK WAS OF HIGH QUALITY AND DONE IN A VERY THOROUGH MANNER. DAN WILLIAMS AND HIS CREW WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. IT'S IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT I HAD A VERY HARD TIME FINDING SOMEONE TO DO THIS WORK. IT WASN'T A LARGE JOB, BUT IT WAS UNUSUAL. WHEN I HAD VARIOUS COMPANIES LOOK AT IT, THE RESPONSES RANGED FROM ''I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO APPROACH THIS'' TO ''THIS ISN'T WORTH MY TIME'' TO ''WE CAN DO THIS, BUT THE PRICE WILL BE OUTRAGEOUS''. DAN WILLIAMS, ON THE OTHER HAND, DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY AND PROPOSED A SOLUTION THAT MADE SENSE AND WOULD PROPERLY SUPPORT THE STOOP OVER THE LONG TERM. IF I NEED CONCRETE WORK AGAIN, I'LL CALL HIM FIRST.

HE CLEANED UP VERY WELL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

Company did good job and repaid me for cost to repair electric line that was cut during installation of the concrete step/stoop.
