Moving
They completely misjudged the work involved. Cost was three times the estimate. 2 day job ended up as 3. Some packing done by people with no ability. Ended up with some boxes half full of papers. One box had heavy clock thrown on top of one picture in glass frame (broken) and another antique photo in cardboard folder bent. Gold ring and pendants for jewelry making stolen within 5 minutes of the packers appearance. Did not put boxes in appropriate rooms, unload wardrobes, or put bed back together. Overall, a terrible experience.
