Our sectional sofa had been sagging and I contacted Mr. Herring to give us an estimate about repair. He came to our home and immediately determined that the springs would need replacing and so would the pillows. He told us he wouldn't be able to take the sofa until a few weeks later, which was ok with us. His estimate for the entire job was $700, which was the final cost. He picked up the sofa and delivered it this weekend. It feels like new and he showed us pictures showing us the extent of work that needed doing.
I'm very impressed with his work, his responsiveness, and his commitment to his craft. He also does upholstery and since it's difficult to find capable folks in this field, I highly recommend him.
