 + -1 moreI CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE. THE ESTIMATOR SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND SENT A SECOND ESTIMATOR OUT TO SPEC ANOTHER PART OF THE JOB. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH IN ASKING QUESTIONS AND TOLD ME I''D RECEIVE AN ESTIMATE VIA EMAIL OR FAX WITHIN THE WEEK. THE ESTIMATE NEVER CAME, EVEN THOUGH I CALLED BACK TWICE AND LEFT MESSAGES REMINDING THEM I HADN''T RECEIVED IT YET. THEY NEVER RETURNED THESE MESSAGES, AND I NEVER RECEIVED THE ESTIMATE.
