We have used Chris' services many times in the past for various computer issues - everything from a memory upgrade to virus removal. He is prompt, professional, and very reasonable in price. Your computer is done when he says it is and he explains everything to you in a way you can understand. He will let you know what is wrong with your computer for free, and also he is available for phone support. Many times he has walked me through a problem via the phone. He really cares about his customers and wants them to have a good experience.
