William came to our house on a weekend to look at the damage, understand our needs and leverage that against our budget. He came back with a very detailed quote that outlined the scope of work, expectations and costs. William and team acted quickly to remove the drywall, floor, subfloor and insulation impacted by the leak. They sealed off the impacted portions of our house and installed HEPA units to dry out and remove mold from the air. Once the mold was removed CRS got to work on the restoration. They installed a new subfloor, tile floor, new drywall, painted the room and installed new cabinets, countertop and shelving. We had some change requests throughout the course of the project and William updated his quote when required. Pricing was fair and the workmanship was great. We love the final product.

I have used many remediation companies in the past but this one is the best by far. They were out at the project immediately and assessed the situation. They were able to get started right away, knocked the job out quickly, and got clean test results back just in time to save a sale.
