CRES PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

The maintenance department is absolutely horrible! They don't answer maintenance calls! I had to pay out of pocket for emergency maintenance 4 times during the time I rented from them,was never reimbursed. There is no emergency maintenance on staff or on call! I would never rent from this company again! Clearly they don't care about their properties! When my property went up for rent by the owner cres properties stopped answering all calls and concerns from myself before the contract was over. I had to pay for any maintenance out of pocket! HORRIBLE COMPANY

They are currently providing services and it is going very well.

Tom Jones was easy to work with and his people were OK. There were times when I had to call to find out the what was happening as they neglected to show up. I did have some things which I had to have them come back and finish correctly but they did the job in the end. I think they should make more effort to complete jobs in a timely fashion and to inform the customer of any changes BEFORE they make them.

Very rough and unfinished. Very little detail. Screen doors not put on, switch plates not put on. Garbage piled high, water lines were cut. Had to call 1800 Junk to have stuff hauled away. Took front door off to repair and left it outside and someone took off with it. Dragged their feet on getting it on the market.
