Excellent! They had good quality workmanship.

They arrived about 9-10 am and worked until about 6 pm for 2 days. One man power-washing, and the other doing the smaller repairs. They used a radio outside, but it wasn't loud enough for me to hear inside. They was never any evidence of them eating or drinking on-site, and they never asked to use the restroom, for that matter. They also power-washed and sealed a small fenced in area in the back of the house without me asking them to, just so it would match the house. Their work area was kept small and tidy, and they did a thorough clean before they left each night. I have both called and emailed with questions regarding work already done and questions about work I still want to have done, and I always receive a response within 1 day. I am absolutely happy with their service, and will use them again in the future.

Steve did a great job with all the work performed, and I would recommend him to others and will probably use him in the future. Two things I did not like were his punctuality - he started each project days later than planned and when finished relocating the outdoor faucet the knob was extremely hard to turn and when asked about it he had no idea why and did not fix it. His moving of the faucet was done very well, though as was the cement work he did and the wiring and positioning of the hot tub.
