CRAIG WAS ON TIME AND THOROUGHLY CLEANED AND TIGHTENED GUTTERS. HE ALSO DISCOUNTED $25 OFF THE AGREED PRICE BECAUSE HE WAS HERE FOR LESS TIME THAN ANTICIPATED. HE WAS VERY CORDIAL, COURTEOUS, AND NEAT.
