The flowers were well done, but the delivery was lacking. The order came with instructions to "leave at neighbor if no one at home". The driver left arrangement on front step with no wrap or protection.

I dropped in their store to request an arrangement. I had not ordered the arrangement to prior to coming in. They created an arrangement while I waited. I have used this florist for years. They are without a doubt the best florist I have ever used. Once you order something from them they keep your information on file. It is wonderful to be able to call and just give them a color palette, or the type of occasion, or a mood, and a price range and be able to trust that their designers will some up with something fantastic!

The presentation of the flowers is fantastic. They are a little more expensive, but the quality is worth it. When you make your first order, they keep your information on file, so that you are not repeating your information again. You are able to order over the phone and they do provide delivery. The flowers seem to last and they always look good. They are a step above the usual florist you would go to. I have used them many times and highly recommend them.
