The technician was very helpful and helped determine which air conditioner went into my condo. He patiently explained what he had done and gave instructions for what to do if/when the AC stopped working again. He gave me enough information and dye stickers to allow me to call another HVAC company if I choose, but I thought this company was great and will probably use them again. They scheduled me for repair the same day I called!

They did an excellent job; were very professional (on the phone and on the job site), the price was reasonable for the unit I purchased, the technicians were friendly, and they cleaned up any mess before they left. I have been very impressed with the services from Courtney. I have recommended them to my family and friends who have also had positive comments about the company.

The company is good to work with. They are usually prompt & the repairmen are always very courteous. The services are competitively priced. I would recommend them to anyone.
