Great service, price well under competition.

March, 2016. I bought a hearing aid for one ear only at Costco. They have a fantastic warranty, good preliminary testing, and great people who know their business. The one thing I like about Costco is that they are paid by salary and not by their sales quotas. They are free to give unbiased information about their products without pressure to sell a specific item. My hearing aid is, so far, working very well and worth the money ($900) I spent for it. Other providers were in the neighborhood of $2500 per unit with a very limited warranty. Additionally, the cost for batteries can be expensive... Costco's cost is rock bottom minimal for very good batteries. I'll positively buy from them again. ps: no tax on hearing aids !!

This was a big surprise.  I expected SAMs club, what I experienced was high volume DLM.  The food is just excellent.  The quantities were large, some I wish could be purchased in smaller lots, but absolutely no regrets on the quality.  Totally top notch.

Costco is terrific.  Hands down.  I'm a fan.

Customer service team was helpful when I asked questions.  They took the time to explain the difference between a couple of models that were available.

Great products and great prices! If you want the ability to choose between 10 different brands of an item, don't go. I find them far superior to Sam's Club, in my opinion.

Chair was great but to big for space. returned chair with no hassle but would like to see costco add a delivery feature for heavy furniture

It went very well, I was impressed. I recently joined Costco and didn't know what to expect but they did a really good job; I was surprised.

I've never experienced any issues at Costco. Staff I've encountered have been pleasant and helpful. They have a great selection of goods for great prices. From what I understand also, they pay really well - which I am in full support of. The only negative I can think of is that you have to use Amex or a Costco credit card to get gas here.

Rainy day early AM first thing.  Tires were in stock ( called and verified and set up a ballpark appt. as rough time frames)______
Found out later the corp. added (consumer reports top ranked) Michelin Ice X item or website was flawed. ____- That was my top 2 choices ($80 more)......
Bought Blizzakk which are lower rated but cost less_______
Staff was very cordial and helpful; it was a little slow initially with only one agent at the desk and the morning rush for 1st 30 minutes________
the mechanic MIKE did fabulous job and explained the tire pressure warning system to me since it is not located on the rim.

It would be nice if they had an alignment rack or partnership nearby alliance wise to keep costs down.  Tires Plus just NW did great job but was luck of the draw.______
Nitrogen caps used and filled and good road warranty for 5 yrs., etc.

Had to ship from TX , so that seems slower than normal; Wed. to the next Tues. COB w/ Thurs. One day holiday.

Mike's Car wash is a breeze, you go in and out in a minute, get a great car wash, including the best wash in the area below the car. Prices are very reasonable.

They are great. Their customer service is great. I ordered furniture online and had an issue with some being damaged and they handled the situation better than I could have ever imagined.

I love them. If I have bought something I don't like, such as boxes of candy, and there are two boxes and one is horrible; even though I have eaten a few pieces and I don't like it I can take back one box and they will take it back; no questions. They have an excellent return policy. The prices are better than most other stores. I like everything about them and live close to the store. They have good Kosher hot dogs.

I did research on the internet and based upon the reviews of Costco hearing aids I choose to do business

Very friendly knowlegable

I got a good set of hearing aids. I was very satisfied with the service and I think they did a good job. The staff was very friendly. The office is in the middle of Costco; it's a warehouse.

I received excellent care. I believe the service was far beyond what I expected. The audiologist JIm Neman and their technician Sherry Armstrong were great. The hearing aids are wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone.

A very easy purchase for the right price!

I have had interactions with their pharmacists and I think that they are outstanding. They would tell us when it would be beneficial to pay for the medications and not route it through insurance. The quality of service is excellent.
