Brian spent considerable time diagnosing may 7 year old IMac and cleared the problem. What made the service exceptional was the way in which Brian went out of his way to oblige a 75 year old computer illiterate guy's questions. He spent quite a bit of time with me, answering my questions and showing me how to do things I was unaware of. Consistently upbeat and patient, he was, in addition to being highly expert, thoroughly pleasant to be with.

My 3+ year old Macbook Pro crashed last week. After some investigating it looked like it might be a video issue that could be covered under a Macbook Pro Extension Program. With fingers crossed I took it to ComputerDNA in Blue Ash. They ran diagnostics and found it was the video issue and they made the repair and it was covered by Apple.
I also had them upgrade my RAM and install a 512 SSD. They migrated all my data to the new hard drive. When I took it in they said it would probably take 3-4 days. I dropped it off on a Tuesday afternoon and got it back on Friday afternoon. The staff was very friendly and professional, the location was convenient.
I am extremely happy with their service. I am definitely recommending them to all my friends. I would definitely go there again myself.

This company is terrific. Everything was done correctly, reasonably priced, and on time. Not only were services rendered, I could email or call with questions and all were answered immediately. Vic (the owner) is great, as were his technicians. I recommend this company highly. They only deal with Apple computers - not Ipods, iPads. I wish they did.

Chris was my technician and he treated me with respect and resolved our issue with the screen on a MacBook. The screen was in stock so the repair was done within a day of the laptop being dropped off for service.
I was impressed enough with Computer DNA that I've now got this team troubleshooting a more complex issue with an old iMac.

When a built-in application on my iMac started to lose functionality, I contacted AppleCare to resolve the problem. After some initial efforts, the recommendation was to reinstall the operating system. When the installation failed and provided the message "because the disk is damaged and can't be repaired", I took the iMac to the Apple Store for replacement. I had previously been notified by Apple that my computer qualified for the "iMac 1TB Seagate Hard Drive Replacement Program".
At the Apple Store I learned that they could not commit to less than a week for turnaround due to other computers being ahead of mine. When I explained my pain of not having my iMac returned much earlier than that, they recommended nearby Apple authorized service providers, providing names and phone numbers. I called from the Genius Bar and found that ComputerDNA could provide me a two day turnaround. So I carried my iMac back to my car and drove there.
At ComputerDNA, the service manager carried my 27" iMac from my car, and returned it to my car at pickup. I dropped it off at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday and picked it up at 11:00 a.m. on Friday with all programs and data fully restored.
ComputerDNA's staff, physical site, and web site are all professional.

THERE AREN''T MANY COMPANIES OUT THERE WHO ARE QUALIFIED FOR APPLE REPAIRS (SOME SAY THEY ARE, BUT AREN''T). THE STAFF IS POLITE AND KNOWS THEIR BUSINESS.
