They were professional and the house did sell quickly. However, their style of communication was really bad. For example, they called and gave us an offer and I countered the offer. Then they e-mailed me the re-counter offer 4 or 5 hours later instead of just calling me. We didn't know that and the mail sat in our inbox. I just wished they would've told us how they were going to communicate with us. However, they did the best they could to sell the house.

Laura is our real estate agent who works with Comey & Shepherd Inc. located in Cincinnati. She helped my wife find a house. She is very honest and always straight to the point. She does what she says. I would definitely use her service in the future.
