We met Linda at an open house and talked with her awhile.Told her we were looking to buy but we were on a budget and only wanted to spend x amount of dollars.
She went out of her way to make sure we stayed in that range.We even found houses that were more and she talked us thru the bad .Needless to say she pointed out things that were wrong that we never seen.We finally found the perfect house and stayed within our price range.
Linda could have sold us a house just to make money but she put our needs and wants above money.What a great agent, and you would be doing yourself a great favor in asking for her when you want to either buy or sell your next house
