Each house that we went to she would have the specs on it, together we would discuss the pros and cons. I like that especially since she would notice things that I didn't and I would notice things that she didn't. It also helped that she new my mortgage lender (Joan Roberts at Fairway Mortgage Company) who I also highly recommend. They worked together so well and I thought I had a really fast closing because they kept me informed of everything coming my way.
If you are a first time home buyer do your homework understand the basic language know what you are realistically looking for in a home and be open minded you will have a great experience with these two professional ladies.

Denise helped us compare homes in the area and made suggestions of what to request from the sellers.

We did not have a good experience. We would be interested in homes and they would put our bid in fast enough and would give false information on homes we were interested in. We lost two homes due to this.

Holly was always extremely patient. We went through several homes and started over at least one time when we couldn't agree on a price with a prospective seller. With real estate agents, you can usually tell if they're just rushing to the finish line to get paid or if they really have an interest in getting you into the right home. Holly always paid attention to what we needed. Since she grew up in the home-building business, she has extensive knowledge of historical trends in building materials, architectural styles, interior design and an array of other topics related to buying and selling a home. Her insights were essential to our process of negotiating a price, planning for day 1 improvements and other considerations.
