As I worked with Chris to get the roof replacements completed it was very nice to see that he had the customer on his mind the whole time. We replaced both the house and garage roofs and it went really smooth to set the date of the job and get it accomplished. Thanks again Chris and Greg for all the help on the repairs.

Greg and his team were great. They offered us a ton of options for our new roof. We ended up with a super high quality shingle at an incredibly reasonable price. Everything was installed perfectly and efficiently. They did a great job with clean up. Greg was also great about communicating through the entire process.

Coldstream did an amazing job on my damaged roof. It is always a pain dealing with the insurance companies regarding claims but Coldstream did literally all of the legwork for me. All I had to do was authorize payment for my deductible! They also showed up exactly when they stated, used top-of-the-line materials, were courteous/professional and gave me a high-quality product. I cannot recommend them enough. They truly provided 5+ start service! Their work was great, their communication was great and the peace of mind they gave me was priceless. Hire them!!!

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Coldstream Exteriors replaced my roof and their communication was far beyond that of the typical industry norm. The night before they were scheduled to install our roof it snowed. The next day it was going to be 50 degrees by noon but they actually came to our house early in the morning and shoveled our sidewalks for us! I would highly recommend them. They go above and beyond. Very good experienced.
